Liftgate & Tailgate Service

For freight-class items requiring tailgate, liftgate, or residential delivery, an additional surcharge applies. Please select the appropriate option during checkout to avoid delays in shipment.

When We Ship

  • Orders placed will be  shipped within 5 -12 business days.

  • Out-of-stock items will shipped within 12 business days after restocking. Original shipping charges and methods will apply.

Where We Ship

  • We ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

  • For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number from Best & Better is required for all returns. Write this number clearly on the package.

  • Include a copy of the original invoice with your return.

  • Unauthorized returns (without an RA number) will be refused at the warehouse.

  • Defective items must be inspected and approved before a replacement is issued.
