Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Exchanges

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

A Return Authorization (RA) number from Best & Better is required for all returns. Write this number clearly on the package.

Include a copy of the original invoice with your return.

Unauthorized returns (without an RA number) will be refused at the warehouse.

Defective items must be inspected and approved before a replacement is issued.
